Skansen Battle Polish Army — Attraction in gmina Magnuszew

I visited this place over 20 years ago when I was a kid. I really enjoyed climbing the Russian tank and playing in the trenches with my friends back then so I decided to show this place to my children. I have to say that they were not very impressed. Nice place to visit for anybodyinterestedin militaryhistory. It has some stuff indoors, but the main attractions, in my opinion, are outside along rather short path. There is also metal tower on the top of the hill that offers all-around, above the trees, view of the surrounding areas. One negative; I wasn't able to locate...

Stary skansen, który pamiętam z dzieciństwa, wiele zdezelowanych eksponatów. Jest potencjal, między innymi dzięki zalesionemu terenowi, ale widocznie wlodaze nie widza potrzeby rozwoju. Miejsce obecnie opustoszałe, choć jakieś prace niby trwają- w roznych miejscach porozkładane żelbetowe płyty do renowacji okopów itp. Wydaje mi się, że aspektowi historycznemu pomogłoby przyciągnięcie większej liczby ludzi, a do tego potrzeba wyjść poza ramy myślenia wyłącznie w kategoriach muzealnych. Odrazu przyszło nam do głowy, że to świetne miejsce na plenerowy laser tag, lub podobne. Inny pomysł to park linowy. Miejsce do tego idealne. To przyciągnęłoby więcej osób, a skansen zyskałby przy okazji i mógł znaleźć fundusze na lepsze utrzymanie. Bykismy w srodku tygodnia w wakacje i bylismy jedenymi osobami w calym skansenie. Nie wiem czy to miejsce odwiedzil ktokolwiek inny przez caly dzien. Ogolnie wyszlismy z poczuciem...
