The park and the facilities are good, but the staff is extremely slow. It took more than an hour to give us the uniform and training (15 people) before we could start the park facilities themselves. In addition , the staff was very unpleasant and rude to us and especially to the kids. In particular, an employee named Conrad was especially rude. My daughter experienced a sugar drop and urgently needed water, so he took her down. Mam wrażenie, że pozytywne opinie o tym miejscu są wystawione przez znajomych lub kupione, ponieważ na miejscu nie doświadczysz nic dobrego. Obsługa jest niegrzeczna i niekompetentna. Na pytania, prośby albo nie odpowiada wcale albo z taka irytacja, że aż się człowiekowi robi głupio, że miał czelność naruszyć spokój pracownika. Zarówno goście przed nami jak i po nas mieli podobne odczucia. Więcej adrenaliny dostarcza niegrzeczna obsługa niż trasy linowe, a to raczej nie na tym polega zabawa. Nie polecam nikomu. Gdyby nie to, że moje dziecko już wlazło na drzewo, wyszłabym z tamtąd i oczekiwała zwrotu kosztów. Co do bezpieczeństwa również mam kilka uwag ale to już sprawdzą odpowiednio powiadomione służby. Szkoda nerwów.
