It's a great water adventure park! We needed 2 days for the whole experience. We took 2 different dates but both on weekends so you can expect it was a bit crowded but mostly in the jamago area (children and slides area). We took the VIP ticket that's the Cabana extra area for 250 PLN. So it was pretty quiet and relaxed. There are 2 entry for normal and skip the line for VIP/Unlimited Regular guests. As VIP you will get towels a vip area and a bottle of prosecco of martini dry. Everyone will get a bracelet where he can pay drinks and food. You will pay later in the check out. Its a bit tricky to find the VIP area but it's located upstairs next to the SpA area. You can order in the VIP area drinks and food and they will deliver at your place, normal customer must go to the loudly overcrowded cantina. The food is the same we had vegetarian food and it was really good the best so far I witnessed in a waterpark. The drinks ate average and a bit pricey like 36 PLN per Cocktail but don't expect too much from it. The special bonus is you can order them in the water pool bar in the relax area 16+ they have a nice hawaii beach vibe and can sit or lay at a water massage bed and sip on your drink. The cocktailsglass is made of plastic. They have a lot of attractions. Relax baths: 3 x Salt, sulfur, and a lot of more mineral baths for every type. They have 3 outdoor areas 1 for children a water playground and 1 connected to the jamago area with whirlpool stream and 1 connected the relax area with another pool cocktail bar and lot of spa facilities. The Sauna is great but be mindful there are guards and you can only enter naked with a wrapped towel. Saunas: Egyptian, Swedish (Valhalla 95°C), Korean (flower aromatic), French Mount Blanc (-10 °C), Turkish Steam bath 45°C, Finish and many more they have a hourly program with staff , music and special flavours you can see that program at the sauna board with the area to go. The SpA we didn't use but there is a special discount for VIP guests for SpA treatments. The Jamago with around 15+ slides and the lazy river was fantastic but exhausting. The Lazy river is a 150 to 200 meter water river round with a swimming ring (you will sit on it) and cave attractions of skeletons and bats figures and a lot of water splashing from about the cave if you passing points. The slides are very exciting in the 5th floor but you need in good condition for the waiting cues up to 25 minutes and there is very low oxygen a few girls had last week to sit down and where nearly fainting. This must be improved but Suntago to install a oxygen power supply in the 5th floor because of the steam and heat a lot of people have problems to wait in cue with many people and low oxygen. We tried a couple of slides but during weekend it's just too long waiting I recommend come on a week day. My personal recommendation tiger's race (2 people), green mamba (2 people) Jungle eclipse 1/2 people minimum 60 kg for 1 and for 2 max kg is 180kg. Overall its a very good place to spend time. It's a bit remote from Warszawa like 45 minutes drive but with a bus ticket you can order in the online shop too it's no problem.

We had a good time here. The highlight for us was the adults-only zone. It was so nice to be able to relax in the water without the racket of kids. The cocktail list was extensive, and the pina colada that I had was really good. The only drawback was how hot it was inside; it felt like there was no air circulation at all. We had booked a cabana in the VIP zone but it was hot and muggy up there that we had to go hang out elsewhere. Not to mention that the soft drinks we ordered came at room temperature with a glass of ice - at the price you pay for a cabana, you should at least get a refrigerated water or Sprite. It’s not good enough to give people room temperature drinks with ice. It just won’t get cold enough this way. The customer service upon entry to the park was a bit annoying. The cashier failed to see we’d booked the VIP zone so we had to come back out to the atrium in our swimwear to exchange our bands. Quite annoying. The food was generally good quality. The burger restaurant in the adults-only zone was decent. The pizza place in the jamango zone was good food-wise but was absolute chaos - they lost our order and left us waiting for half an hour for a pizza that takes three minutes to cook. The cashier sorted it out for us in the end and we had our pizza within minutes. And I was surprised at the quality. The Asian restaurant however was the worst to be honest; it was very low quality food, stringy meat in tasteless sauces, spicy rice that had had every Asian spice thrown at it, sloppy vegetables in watered down sauce… it was just bad, not to mention expensive for the slop it is. Don’t go there, get a pizza instead or split a burger at the burger place. In the slide zone, it would be cool to see a picture of what the slide looks like. I don’t like too extreme slides so not being able to clearly see what the ride would involve made me nervous. The two I did go on were good though. The sauna area was nice with a lot of variation; the only thing that’s missing is a very cold plunge pool. The centre piece fountain is quite cold water, but after a sauna sesh, I prefer to just jump into cold water to refresh. The two pools by the entrance are good but the cold one isn’t cold enough to be refreshing after a sauna. If the sauna had a plunge pool, it would be top tier. The fish tank in the saunarium was quite a showstopper, loved that. Also shoutout to whoever was in charge of decorating Suntago because you can tell they really put a lot of effort into it. The amount of palm trees was crazy! All in all, we had a good time and would come back. We just wouldn’t bother with the VIP zone again unless the facility fixes the air circulation up there. There were plenty of loungers everywhere, so I’d just do that next time.

Take suntan lotion! We spent a good 6 hours outside on an overcast day - still paying the burn price two days later! Getting sunbeds was quite difficult as most had gone by the time we got there, but did manage. There were free pool noodles laying around for use. Kids loved the lazy river, but it did get absolutely heaving at times and we often couldn't get out as you need to right technique, which we named 'sling shot'. The younger kids outside area was fun and fairly independently accessible. The inside pool got extremely busy, especially in the kids area, it also got deep quickly after the barrier. The wave machine came on every half an hour or 5 mins and didn't seem to correspond with the written timings, it was very powerful, so keep an eye on your young ones. The slides were about an hour wait, so we didn't do any of these. The lifeguards blew their whistles a fair amount. The food/drinks were a reasonable price considering you can't go anywhere else, when we tallied up our wrist bands (these also lock your lockers, so no coins needed) on exit, we had spend around £50 for the day 2 kids/1adult - which included drinks, slushies, hotdogs, chips, hamburger, waffles. Our Uber from Warsaw old town was £35 each way, but there is a much cheaper bus (but only stops once in Warsaw, which wasn't near us), you can buy tickets for when you buy your park tickets, you then need to stipulate your bus time there and return, spaces are very limited. I would definitely go again, but during the week instead as family members tell me it's much quieter then. Overall a very enjoyable day.

This place is absolutely disgusting - overcrowded, overpriced and incredibly disappointing. I will never visit again and I will never recommend it to anyone. We visited as a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids.

This is what we found: We bought a 3 day ticket for whooping 1,500pln and some change - we managed to go on 4 rides over 3 days (not counting Halloween themed lazy river). The queues were enormous - even when it read on the screen 25 minutes wait it was usually 45 minutes

In the swimming pools we couldn’t stretch out one arm without someone being in our way - we were constantly kicked, pushed and separated by other swimmers and it was hard to keep an eye on the kids there were so many people!!!

The place allowed 9,000 people in on Thursday morning - we left and returned around 5pm where we were told „only” 5,000 people were left inside. The place was still packed - the wait time on rides was not any less than in the morning.

On the last day our kids were leaving the place crying and distressed - I queued with my 7 year old for a ride on the 5th floor (the queue was spread over 2 flights of stairs). I had to leave the 7yr old few times to try and source a pontoon as we couldn’t get on the ride without one. There was a separate queue for those. When we were nearing the end of the queue for a ride I went back again and tried to explain that I have a 7yr old with me, we are at the top of the queue after 35 minutes wait and still no pontoon - they just waved me off and told me to wait in a queue for one while my 7yr old was on her own at the top of the queue for the ride crying. They were unmoved. They were operating this system where they were handing out the pontoons out to the ride closest to the dispenser when the light turned green and someone needed one to go down while people in the other slide couldn’t get one as the stuff couldn’t see the light on the slide from the distance. My other kid didn’t get on any rides that day as I spend about an hour with the first child trying to get on this slide between the queue itself and queue for the pontoon - they stop letting people on half an hour before closing time.

We don’t live in Poland and we had to rent towels - we had to pay 75pln for those and if we left the park and came back again as you are free to do with a 3-day pass we had to rent new towels each time!!! Small bottle of water was 10pln and a tiny bottle of apple juice was 12pln. This place is very expensive.

We stayed in the Suntago village - I reserved the lodge over the phone and I was assured it was a comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 - we had to sleep on a dirty sofa bed and the extra bed they added for one of the kids was noisy, uneven and not suitable to sleep on so we had 3 of us sleeping in one bed and 2 on the aforementioned sofa bed. I complained about this and they said they are fully booked and nothing could be done - they can send someone to inspect the sofa bed but they wouldn’t clean it.

Safety !!!!! None of the rides are supervised even the ones on the highest floor. People launch themselves off and on two occasions someone bumped their head at the start so hard that everyone turned their heads wondering what happened as the noise was so loud. On one of those occasions I came down the slide after my 2 young kids and they were standing there staring at a girl covered in blood after bumping her head at the top of the slide. She could have easily passed out / drowned even as I mentioned these slides aren’t supervised there are no lifeguards at the top or the bottom of the slides.

I could go on but please stay away from this place. We thought it was going to be the highlight of our trip to Poland and we couldn’t get away fast enough. I don’t know how this place remains open - safety standards, cleanliness, hygiene, overcrowding are huge issues...
