Prince's Stables — Attraction in gmina Pszczyna

The exhibition hall, located next to the Pszczyna Castle, was very small. It is more convenient to go inside if you turn around from the outside. If you are not a historian or art critic, 15-20 minutes is enough. Tuesday is the museum's free day. It’s a nice-to-have visit, but I wouldn’t consider it as mandatory (like the armory is!)

There are only like two rooms and the stables itself. A part of the stables functions as permanent exhibition for Restauration work, and is in no way linked to the topic, however interesting to see.

O ile zamek i jego zbiory rewelacja, to stajnie rozczarowanie. Z dawnych lat pamiętam ekspozycję pięknych powozów w naturalnej scenerii, dzisiaj jest to pozbawiona klimatu wystawa:

1. historyczna ziemi pszczyńskiej, zorganizowana chyba pod kątem 100 lecia niepodległości, bogactwo faktów ze skromnymi zbiorami;
2. w boksach koni urządzony pokaz garderoby na manekinach, połączonej z galerią szeroko pojętej sztuki, "szmelc, mydło i powidło". UWAGA GRATIS!!! Nadzór nieuprzejmej, opryskliwej starszej pani, która z pewnością zruga Was za zrobienie zdjęcia z fleszem, stojącemu tam motocyklowi 😲 i jego nadmierne oglądanie😉, a po Waszym wyjściu z obiektu w niewybredny sposób "skonsultuje" Waszą obecność ze swoimi znudzonymi jak mops koleżankami;
3. pokaz oryginalnych, stereoskopowych zdjęć z I wojny światowej. Za to dałem...
