I’ve been to Reda Aquapark multiple times, first time in 2019 so I give it two stars with a bit of sadness and a feeling that I never want to go back here again. When I first visited every single thing was free to enter, and as much as I can KINDAAAA understand a fee for entering the big sport pools, I find it hilarious how you have to pay for A SLIDE. Just because it’s new? The tickets are seriously very expensive and you’re not getting that much. I’d say it’s an aquapark that wows first timers in that place and kids. And everything is for kids. I love children and have nothing against them in public spaces, especially fun places that are kinda by default mostly for them, so don’t get me wrong here, but it’s very overwhelming when the company only thinks of children and forgets about the adults in these type of spaces. We want to have fun and relax too! Maybe nothing would be particularly wrong here if it wasn’t for the fact that most guardians were not considering of other people at the park. A lot of children were RUNNING, pushing and overall chaotic, and what irritated me the most were the families that decided to make the lazy river a race track. I remember years ago it said you can’t enter the lazy river without a pontoon/floatie and now, multiple parents with their kids were swimming there freely pushing through, I literally witnessed a duo of where the daughter first pushed a pair on a pontoon aside and then the dad swam under them… Right next to the lifeguard mind you. And here’s another thing, I really understand that lifeguards may be overworked and underpaid, but they couldn’t care less about what’s happening there. Most of the slides were unsupervised, and when something did happen they just looked and ignored. A kid falling, a family not leaving the pool at the bottom of the slide and laughing when I hit them (I waited more than enough before going down), another mother and son suddenly switching places inside the slide making me and my boyfriend hit into them and looking at us like we’re not supposed to be there. Lifeguards are not there to raise children and lecture parents, it’s the parents’ job to make sure their kid is acting appropriately, but it would be nice if they at least made sure the place is SAFE. After years of coming I’m disappointed, I don’t know what happened. Children are obviously not the issue to anyone reading this, years ago I visited during kid’s day when the place was so packed with families there was no space to move around in water and it wasn’t as bad as today’s quite chill monday day. At this point Sopot’s single crazy river and outside area are more fun than this. The sharks are amazing tho, and I truly hope they get good care, most...

You can buy tickets before hand, but most often than not you can buy them without any problem. There might be a wait before you enter as they have to limit the people in the park, but it won't be longer than 30 mins. It is rarely crowded, I have been here multiple times and I haven't had a bad wait in any of them (even on weekends) The place is not very big, but it's perfect to spice up a boring rainy day, as the whole thing is under a roof. The park gives off super cool vibes when it gets dark, especially when it's raining. If you're planning a trip with your friends I suggest going later The park itself has (maybye not a lot) but enough things to entertain you for the 3 hour ticket (which I recommend buying), I don't want to spoil any rides, but there will be something for everyone, the park is also very friendly for even the smallest children, there's a nice place with 0.3m deep water and very small slides kids can enjoy, unless they of course want to go on the big slides, most of them are available for kids! The park itself is clean and neat, you might accidentally get lost trying to go on the bridges but it is not a problem 😅 The park also offers toilets inside and in the dressing rooms, which have lockers for your personal stuff like rings / watches / phones / fresh clothes (which I highly recommend leaving there) On the inside there is also a restaurant (I suggest the pizza and chicken nuggets) I suggest going over to the places around the Aqua park before or after, such as the aquarium where you can watch sharks swim (free to enter), a place where you can interact with, feed and watch parrots (might be paid, you need to take off all jewerly before entrance) and a terrarium display with snakes, lizards and spiders (paid), there is also additional restaurants in the building, as well as a nice pond where you can watch fish as you await your entrance Small PSA though, the floors are pretty slippery, so I suggest getting some flip-flops when you're walking around the dressing rooms and showers, as well as watching out for your kids and making sure to walk carefully!
Very sorry for the super long text 😅 I honestly highly recommend going here atleast...
Read moreWe were on holiday in Poland staying in Sopot and the kids had spotted this place online before the holiday so we decided to try it.
Visited on 1st June midweek and didn't know what to expect in terms of crowds. Arrived at 1030 and it was extremely quiet - no queue straight in. Went for the family all day ticket as I know for my kids that 3hrs isn't quite enough!
Changing facilities are excellent, a large locker for the 3 of us. It was very quiet so not sure what it might be like on a busy day.
Very impressed by the park. We spent lots of time in the lazy river, and the open family slide was a hit! The only thing I think the park is missing is a wild water rapid section. Other than the family slide there are 5 'thrill' slides that are all tubes. We didn't queue for more than 5 minutes for any slide and most we were straight on!
Aqua spinner was my son and I favourite. But beware it's an extra 5 zloty / person per ride. Also that means an adult is needed on the slide since only adults get the chipped wrist band. It was the quietest slide of all.
So back to the superfast slide... My son tried this about 4 or 5 times but the last time he grazed his back. So not sure I would recommend that slide... We had been there almost 4 hrs at that point so called it a day.
There is a super fast one. I didn't try but my son says it's cool... But he did get a sore back.. more about this later. The slides are all medium or fast. There is a pirate bay section for very small kids but mine are over 10.
The shark slide is a bit of a gimmick we found the deep blue a better way to see the sharks.
The food is overpriced especially by polish standards. We ordered 3 meal deals and there was too much food to manage. So advice would be to buy less and share to save money.
Getting there. We took the train from Sopot, super cheap by British standards as are all trains in Poland. The kids 10 and 13 even went free! The aquapark is a shortish walk from the station. The train did take 40 minutes and...
