The water park Tropikana — Attraction in Wisła

I am from Czechia and this Aquapark is well known in our region near the border, in which I live in. The accesibility through car is very good, a 30 minutes ride from Polish Tiesin town. We get there but I could find an approach to the pool, where we wanted to go. There maybe was some sign that said pool in polish, but I would appreciate it in English and Czech. Fortunately we asked in Czech where the pool is, and she gave us the right directions.So we finally made it to the tickets we paid 70PLN per adult and 35PLN per a 14 year old, the time we were given was 1,30 hour, but if you stay over the 1.30 hour time you do not pay more if the overtime is lower than 30minutes. With the price they gave one towel to each of us, so that was cool, but rather bring your own, as they couldn't have a towel for everyone. Moving on, it surprised me, that there wasn't any chair to sit when removing your shoes. The several pools were all very good. There were tons of whirpool and you could even go outside (definetely recommend going). Our favorite atraction wasn't the tobogans, it was the wavemaker pool where are made waves every half a hour and it's super fun! At the end I think Tropikana is very solid and good aquapark and you should definetely pay...

Me and my family had horrible experiences there. There aren't any information about non paying by credit card! There was problem with cabinet in the locker room - my entrance chip opened other cabinet than mine! The staff was very unfriendly with this problem, non speaking english very well. There weren't a lot of changing cabins for us, there weren't a lot of showers for us. There weren't very clean in all place there. Have to be careful too - when you want pick up your Zlote money to pay your stay in Tropicana from ATM next to the recepcion - you get ready for 17 Zlotych charge for any amount!! I payed 215 + 17 Zlotych charge - 2 hrs staying for my family (3 adults, 1 boy) with these troubles? Are you kidding me? We could not pay parking by credit card too without any information about it - had to go back from the underground carpark at the ATM for another pick up money and another 17 charge!!!! Is the Poland in EU or not? In the other side - wellness was pleasant with nice outview to the mountains. I can't recommend this place for my bad experiences! "Aquapark" je umístěn v prostředí velkého a velmi pěkného hotelu. První co mě zaujalo je prodej vstupenek. Před vstupním turnikety obdržíte na informacích náramek. S tímto náramek musíte jít do stojícího automatů, kde zaplatíte příslušný vstup. Nejde přímo platit kartou, jen hotovost. Což jsme věděli dopředu a proto jsme si vyměnili jeste před cestou. Co jsem nevěděl, že vstupní automat vrací jen mince a platba probíhá po náramku. Měl jsem 50 bankovky. Při platbě dětského vstupného 15 PLN v drobných, při dospělém 30 PLN. Čtyřčlenná rodina se rovná slušnému množství drobných. V samotném areálu musím vyzdvihnout čistotu, klidovou zónu. Bohužel to je tak všechno. Aquapark byl postaven před mnoha lety a nejlepší má za sebou. Všude je dlažba, která klouže ( ano na bazénech vždy klouže dlažba ale zde je to extra klouzavé). Tobogány mají opryskany lak a po cca 10 jízdách s dětmi jsem měl odřené lokty. Uvnitř se nesmí jist a ani se neprodává nic na občerstvení. U vstupu je možné si zdarma nalít vodu na pití.

Odchod z bazénu je také zajímavý. Při vstupu zaplatíte základní poplatek 70PLN/ 1,5 hodiny / dospělý a 35PLN/1,5 hodiny/ děti. Každá další započata 0,5 je za 20 PLN. Čas se počítá až do samotného odchodu (projít terminálem) tedy i doba v šatně. Tak že v šatně spěcháte, abyste stihl odejít v dané půlhodině. Dojdete k východu a tam - opět starý dobrý automat kde musíte doplatit. Fungoval jen jeden ze tří. Stojíte v řadě, v ruce máte "pytlík mincí" které jste získal při vstupu a jen si přejete, aby se Vám podařilo naházet mince tak, abyste stihli odejít včas.

Návštěva proběhla 4/2023. Venkovni areál byl uzavřen. Dovedu si představit, že relax pro dospělé dobrý ale s dětmi zde už nepojedu a ani známým...
