Не практичний. Дитячий майданчик знаходиться під відкритим небом, де немає жодного дерева, яке зробить тінь, діти просто можуть згоріти на сонці. Гірки є небезпечні, при натиранні одягу з гіркою вона електризується і дітей б'є током. Прибирають дуже рідко. Миють чи прикрашають, можливо ніколи. З вигляду все ок. Але для маленьких діток нічого немає. Щоб залізти на гірку: та яка для дорослих зі сходами, а та яка для поменше сходів немає. Це як? Парк для пікніку чудовий, але тут велике але, сухі та небезпечні гілки на деревах, які можуть обвалитися комусь на голову. Немає туалету. Діти в кущі, а дорослі ? Хоча туалет...
