Not sure, if I should rate and comment about this wonderful beach… but what the hell, if you are in the region of Rogil and Aljezur, this beach is magnificent. Super calm, clean and fantastic for a morning walk with or without your dog. So let’s keep that way. Collect your trash and always take one additional item with you when leaving. It is up to us to preserve this wonderful...

We visited on a fine January afternoon so had the beach to ourselves. There's a paved road suitable for all cars to the gravel car park at the top of the cliffs. Access to the beach is down a long series of wooden steps with a few benches to rest on the way, definitely not suitable for pushchairs or the infirm. There's a wooden walkway over the undergrowth to the cliff edge for...

A beautiful Beach with lots of cool black rock formations. When the tide is out you can walk north along the beach to some beautiful rock pools. Theres no lifeguard and no shops here, which means not so many people which we preferred. There are lots of steps to get down to the beach. Also means when leaving you have to climb a lot of stairs but it...
