The golf course is not too far away from the center of Estoril. I would classify it as a medium difficult course. We booked our flights via Palacio Estoril hotel and had an all-inclusive-golf package. The 18 holes are very well maintained! After the 9th hole you need to cross the street via bridge. A buggy is not really necessary but a trolley would be a good choice. Greenfee is about 100€, depending if it is on the weekend or not. You are able to rent golf bags over there. Considering the price the golf course might be a bit too expensive. They also have a driving range and a 9-hole course. For the 9-hole you do not need a license (although that course is not in an excellent shape but OK).

Had two groups from a wedding party go off in the morning. Not a long course, but several of the holes are technical so you can't just grip and rip the driver off of every tee box but you do have to get off of the tees to have a decent approach shot. Some tree-lined holes make a few narrow fairways. Golfed this course in early September and the course was in beautiful shape. Would definitely play another 18 in the future if the opportunity arises. Have to mention that the staff were professional, amiable and helpful in every way!

Christian Dodd is an imposter. Must have a handicap of 40. This course was terrible. €135/person. Should be €50 Make sure to bring cash or they will make you walk 1km to ATM Greenskeeper mowing greens while play in progress. 8th hole closed completely. Unregulated slow play due to walkers + carts Unmanicured fairways and cart path. Amateur club not for avid player

It was February, the sun was out, there was no wind! The course was quite hilly in places, so an electric trolley or a buggy (for a treat) might be an idea in hot weather. Some interesting holes, a bit of water, quite a few trees, one very long uphill hole. So overall it is quite a challenge! Some areas were a little worn, but I think that will be sorted once it gets a bit warmer and the grass grows. Part of the course (8 holes) is across the main road, and downhill, so you have to go over a bridge, and then a buggy brings you back. Food in the clubhouse is very good, the waiters are good fun and friendly, and the...

We visited the club recently and had a quite negative experience. We phoned ahead and asked availability and pricing which was reasonable, and when we arrived the first person we dealt with was great and accommodating. However, another employee arrived, whispered something, and then stated that we had to pay 5x the price due to a “clubs policy” that even the first receptionist wasn’t aware of. It seemed they were biased against us because we were speaking English.

Do not recommend for English speaking young adults trying to...
