Absolute hole tbh. Was once probably really nice, but now it's just full of shops selling cheap tat and Indian men harassing you trying to drag you in to empty restaurants as you and your family walk by.
To top it off we stopped for a quick drink at CASA NOSTRA at the bottom of the escalator as we were trying to get out of there, where the waiter tried to scam us out of 50 euro! We had 4 drinks and when I asked for the bill he said "50 euro" even though I challenged him he insisted it was 50 euros, it wasn't until we started adding up the costs ourselves he winked and showed me the bill and it was 20 euros.
