Loved it. I'm not much of a rambler, but this is a very well preserved natural area with good access and well signposted to keep you on track. Interesting fact boards dotted along the trail telling you about the history, plants and animal life specific to the valley. There is a beautiful but derelict house at the entrance to the trail overlooking the valley which would make an amazing public building or restaurant if someone had the time, money, and vision.
