We were there on a rainy day with a group of 20 people on our motorbikes. We wished to enter the hotel lobby to purchase coffee and drinks. We were turned away by the hotel clerk/manager who was rude. Imagine, they had the opportunity to impress 20 visitors and a high end tour group (Edelweiss Motorcycle Tours) to possibly obtain future and repeat business, and they refused to let us in.
