For the one star reviewer, ridiculous. Ah yes, the outrage — having to wait a few seconds for a modern, secure door to open in the countryside. Who knew a winery might invest in, say, design and access control? Shocking.

Luis delivered one of the most thoughtful, informative tastings we’ve had in the region. His deep knowledge of the Dau microclimate, the vineyard’s philosophy, and the structure behind each small-batch wine was exceptional. His tasting notes weren’t just descriptions — they were context. You don’t just sip the wine here; you understand it.

The winery itself is striking — modern, even brutalist in design — but that bold architecture is offset beautifully by sweeping views of the surrounding vines. It’s a place that takes its craft seriously, and it shows in every detail, from the pour to the presentation.

Had a really great tour here, hosted by Luis. Very knowledgeable guide with a LOT of information, you'd better be into wine, thankfully we are and he answered all our questions and was great in conversation about his passion. It's clear they put a lot into the processes and they really take pride in what they do. A large company has invested a lot into the brand, which shows. Gone are the family touches one might expect and in comes the technology and the business side of things. Understandable given recent events. Although the tour was fantastic, we were left disappointed with the tasting. Only three wines and didn't get the price of the tour taken off the purchasing of some wines which we felt was a little tight. Left short of pocket, we expected slightly better value for what we got. Tour could have been shorter and the tasting more plentiful with some crackers to go with the wine. Also, wines are not cheap compared to other producers.
