Parque Augusto Pólvora — Attraction in Sesimbra

O skatepark e as instalações são lindos, mas fomos repreendidos pelo pessoal por deixarmos o nosso cão com trela, sentado à sombra, numa manta, numa zona relvada, enquanto as crianças brincavam por perto, o que nos fez ir embora e não nos sentirmos bem-vindos.

Aparentemente, os cães "maiores" só são permitidos em gravilha... Não se importavam com outros cães pequenos sem trela a correr pelo local, incluindo a área de recreio infantil.

Estragou um dia com a família porque alguns funcionários importantes ficaram ofendidos quando o nosso cão ficou sentado numa manta.

O local era tranquilo e silencioso, com apenas uma ou duas famílias por perto. Sinceramente, estou furiosa porque existe uma regra para cães pequenos e outra para cães médios/grandes.

Solicitaria à câmara local que analisasse seriamente quem contratar no futuro ou tornasse as regras óbvias para TODOS os cães, independentemente do tamanho.

Não é adequado para cães Objetos pontiagudos partidos no chão (azulejos/tijolos)

Lovely skatepark and facilities but got shouted at by staff for having our dog on a lead sitting in the shade on a blanket in a grassy section while the kids played close by, which led us to leave and not feel welcome.

Apparently ‘bigger’ dogs are only allowed on gravel… They didn’t care about other small dogs with no lead running about the place including the kids play area.

Ruined a day with the family because some jobs worth staffer took offence to our dog sitting on a blanket.

The place was quiet and tranquil with only one to two families about, honestly fuming it’s one rule for small dog and another for medium/larger dog.

Would ask the local municipal to seriously look at who they hire in future or make the rules obvious for EVERY dog no matter the size.

I was there yesterday for a picnic with my friends , it was great. Our priority was having a barbecue that was really nice. The restrooms are incredibly clean. There were also potable water,free parking lot and place for kids to play. Generally I recommend this place for peace and comfort. A nice park with a playground for children, a basketball and football field, a platform for strength and athletic exercises. There is also a vending machine where you can buy food, soda and energy drinks. There are also tables where you can eat. The park is always monitored by security guards, so you don't have to worry about safety.
