Praia da Arda — Attraction in Viana do Castelo

Such a lovely beach with life guards , the sand is white and soft , the beach is slightly sloped , there is a board walk above the beach through the dunes , it is a wide beach with plenty of room for all , large car parks, kiosk for refreshments. We loved this beach. Recently holidayed in Afife and this stretch of coastline is unmissable. Plenty of room, even in August. A lovely boardwalk that connects to Afife and Insua beach. Great aspect whilst on the beach, you can even see the mountains of Spain. Beach has a large (free) car park with toilets and showers. Watching the sunset on the beach...

Really nice beach...ideal suited for surfing activities...of course kind of windy...but you are capable to rent a wind slap or several ones...plenty of parking space...a little beach bar is available...showers (4) are giving...nice long walks are possible...not crowded at all... definitely a...
