Aquí están manejados temas relacionados con la millology, desde el ciclo de cereales para el Molinero día a día, pasando por diferentes sistemas de pulido y terminando molinos de Robin.

O espaço envolvente, para além de vegetação que acompanha um Ribeiro existente. Numa zona mais elevada possui um parque de merendas com mesas e bancos de pedra e espaço de estacionamento. É um local a visitar para quem gosta de coisas rurais.
