Went to the Venom pit in East London today. Couldn't believe how amazing, welcoming, and receptive the staff were!! Very passionate group of people. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. I learnt so much from them. Would highly recommend a visit by anyone passing through. Can't wait to come back!! Thank you guys for such an incredible experience!! ❤️

Awesome day out with interactive opportunity to handle and see snakes close up. Juan the Co owner is extremely knowledgeable and answered alot of questions and told us alot of interesting facts that are unknown to alot of people. Definitely worth a visit. From snakes to Tarantulas, to free roaming tortoises around your feet. Your kids will love it. We did.

Friendly service. Sometimes that is as important as the food. The three cheeses pizza I ordered was delicious. The base melts in your mouth, but still strong enough to support a generous amount of cheese. Python park offers a relaxing environment and is fairly priced considering the value of the Rand these days. Cheers

Utterly disgusting treatment from the young boy who works at the venom pit this morning. I was at the venue with a child on the spectrum, and she was excited to go in. I was informed as she was walking in, that they were in fact closed for the day (Thursday) and they had made a post on the Facebook page that they were closed for the day. (We have since gone to look on the page to substantiate his claims, but low and behold as of 10:55AM there is no post) Even the staff at the farm stall and Caddy Shack had zero idea that the park was closed today as we were informed that the park usually opens at 9:30/10 daily by parties at both ends.

I was trying to inform the child and remove her from the park. With all of the excitement to get to the park, it becomes difficult to tell her that she won't be doing the activity she has been looking forward to. She had wandered down the left side towards the snakes that remained in the tanks, and I was following her explaining that we wouldn't be going further. As I picked her up, the arrogant young boy said to me "I am going to have to ask you to leave now" I then responded with "Yes we are leaving." My partner then informed the boy that the child was on the spectrum and we were leaving. To which he responded "I don't care, you could have stopped her when I first told you, instead of letting her walk through the whole park, I need you to get out now"

There was zero understanding from the boy, and he was plain rude. It seemed that he probably overslept for his school showing and was rushed, but that should be no way to treat paying patrons to your...

Fantastic presentation about snakes (including venomous ones). So informative and interesting. The snake interaction with harmless snakes and other reptiles was great for kids. They can get as close as they want or even hold the snakes with staff supervision. Highly recommend this place, even for non-snake lovers. My daughter (7) was scared at the start and by the time we left she said she loved it and had even touched the snakes and got up close. Wonderful place with a wide variety of snakes and small touch farm with jungle gym. Awesome morning out. Call ahead to find out the time of the 'show' -...

The place is incredible. The adrenaline rush is awesome. I went to service my car in East London and then spent some time there with my friends while waiting for a call from the service. It was a weekday (Friday) , so it was literally just us 3. We had so much fun. We played with the rat snake and the boa constrictor. Oh how I loved it. We had all the time.... No rush. Staff was awesome to us. Unfortunately the pythons were fed. I am DEFINITELY going back again. And R75 for all that exposure...
