The new Syrian House, Pakistani mini bus art, Muhammad Ali signatured boxing gloves. Museum shows a strong link of Arabs to other countries of the world. Impressions from Britain, hunting in Afghanistan & Pakistan, links to Iran, Turkey, sufi connections. The type of entertainment from Lebanese dancing girls. 💃 Sheikh Faisal is alive, and he has set every minor piece of this museum himself. He is one of the strongest men in Qatar. His aesthetics are beautifully displayed by his farmhouse transformed into a museum. I just wish the Qataries could use their money in a more efficient manner, building more self sustainable agriculture, permaculture, opening more holistic islamic centers for teaching islamic medicine & islamic education. To be less impressed by the material world and think of investing in generating clean water for countries like Pakistan, Sudan, Iraq, and Iran. I wish we put in efforts to eradicate the traitors from our Muslims lands and build strong relations with all the Muslim countries in Middle East. If we are united no 1 can break us. And this will not happen if we are so much impressed by the West. I loved the Ottomans who ruled for 600 yrs and kept this region from Egypt till India, they held the flag of Islam very high. Until they were defeated in world war 1 and the whole Ottoman Empire collapsed by Zionist, illuminati's infiltration, bribing the Muslim men in their Army. They caused the Arabs to Revolt against the Turks. The whole game changed for Muslim Ummah after we lost the Khilafah (the Rothchilds assasinated Sultan Abdul Hameed). I hope and pray people understand the importance of being united with Muslims and Arabs can always keep their trusted people in positions which politically matter for the ummah. Right now we have American puppets in government positions ruling over Pakistan, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, uzerbaijan, Tajikistan.... you...

Nestled within a private estate on the outskirts of Doha, the FBQ Museum offers a truly unique and enriching experience. This privately owned museum, established by Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, is a remarkable reflection of his personal passion for history, culture, and heritage.

One of its most iconic features is a historic mosque with a leaning minaret located adjacent to the museum—an architectural curiosity that adds to the charm of the estate.

The museum itself houses a diverse and thoughtfully curated collection spread across several halls. A highlight is the Qur’an section, which showcases exquisite handwritten manuscripts and rare copies, offering a spiritual and artistic journey through Islamic calligraphy and scriptural history.

Another standout exhibit is the authentic Syrian house, meticulously transported from Damascus and reconstructed brick by brick inside the museum grounds. It offers a rare glimpse into traditional Damascene architecture and home life from over a century ago.

The museum also features an impressive collection of vintage cars and trucks, tracing the evolution of automotive design and transport through the decades.

A significant portion of the collection reflects the Sheikh’s deep appreciation for Moroccan culture, with numerous artifacts, crafts, and items sourced from Morocco on display. From intricately carved doors to traditional garments and ceramics, this section offers a vivid taste of North African heritage.

Overall, the FBQ Museum is well worth an afternoon visit for families, culture lovers, and curious minds alike. It combines history, religion, architecture, and automotive passion all in one serene and beautifully maintained setting. • Entry ticket: 50 QAR • Children: Free entry • Location: Al Samriya Estate, ~30 minutes drive west of Doha • Facilities: Guided tours available, on-site café, and...

We heard this Museum has the biggest collection in the world.. with a special room for the late Seddam Hussain former president of Iraq 🇮🇶.. The entrance fee is QR50 per person, unless you're a meusum professional or a student or a group of 10, the fees are reduced. There are several collections, from almost all the world, what amazed us was the Quran room, the cars and the weapons from a very old time. Our main purpose was to visit Seddam Hussain's room; but we were told that it is not possible unless the Sheikh (owner of the Museum) approves it.. we were really sad to hear that, but continued our tour; around an hour later, the responsible of the collections, has said the sheikh is downstairs and we could have a chance! So we asked him to escort us to him, and luckily this gentleman has entoduce us to the great collector HE Sheikh Faisal bin Qasser Al-Thani, who was kind enough to welcome us and allowed us to enter the room of the late Seddam Hussain.. the visit was guided by the same gentleman that we ware so excited to forget to ask his name!! We went inside and were embraced with a million mixed feelings and emotions, the place is filled with his personal clothes, weapons, memos, photos,.. we have even saw His execution order! The chain he had on his hands during his trial, the cord/rope of execution and the clothes in which he was executed! This experience was one of the very moving and touching experience of my life; and I thank the guide/ collection responsible who was kind enough to help us and explain every detail about that room.. I thank HE the Sheikh for bringing the world into one place, and for allowing each visitor to have an access on some part of the history that many others are trying...

Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum, I was truly amazed by the vast collection of artifacts and treasures on display. The museum's unique blend of art, culture, and history offered a fascinating glimpse into the heritage of Qatar and the broader Middle East region. From traditional Qatari handicrafts to Islamic art and antiquities, there was a diverse range of items that showcased the collector's passion for preserving and sharing cultural heritage. The museum's setting, nestled in a traditional Qatari fort, added to the overall charm and authenticity of the experience. Walking through the well-curated galleries, I felt like I was stepping back in time and exploring a treasure trove of historical artifacts and artworks. The attention to detail in the presentation of each item, accompanied by informative descriptions, enriched my understanding and appreciation of the collection. One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to learn about Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani's personal journey as a collector and his dedication to preserving Qatar's heritage.
