Read moreWe visited Azerbaijani Beach with our family, and the trip from Doha to the beach was smooth, with clear and simple routes. We started our journey at 3 PM to catch the sunset and enjoy the enchanting view of moonlight drizzling on the water.
The drive took about 45 minutes, and upon reaching the beach, we parked our sedan near the entrance. Given the pleasant weather, a crowd was expected. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any space available at the entrance, so we ventured further mid-way with a 4x4 vehicle and were lucky to find a free spot to set up our tent and other essentials.
The kids especially had a great time enjoying the sea. However, the water wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped, likely due to the increasing number of visitors. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the serene sunset, followed by the mesmerizing glow of moonlight on the water. As the moonlight grew brighter, the tide receded, revealing a shallow shoreline that stretched far out. This made it safe for the kids to play in the water without much concern.
We set up a large tent for our stay and a smaller one for changing clothes and basic needs, as the beach doesn’t have public toilets. Later, we enjoyed a delightful barbecue, sipped on some tea, and shared quality time together.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we cherished every moment spent with our loved ones. Even with the crowd, the beach didn’t feel congested, and everyone respected each other’s space. It’s a must-visit destination, especially if you’re prepared with essentials like chairs, tents, and...
