THE DEAL- (LandMark) — Attraction in Doha

Poor customer service We experience lately.. The Curly hair cashier /sales lady in landmark mall. Not only me but my friends as well. They input our bdates so we can get discounts if we want to buy there during our bday but unfortunately everytime we go there to ask for discounts bcoz its our bday months. They refuse to give and tell its not in the system and wait for text message. So its all lies the bdays discounts? They input but during th3 day it didn't... What's this? We loved to shop in the deal but it's very disappointed of what they're doing so better not shop they're anymore, my friends and relatives ... If they don't like to give discounts then better not to do something that customer's hoped for. ......

And please ms curly hair in cashier watch ur manner in front of your customer. Everyone is equal. Don't act like u discriminate us filipino...
