Laguna Albastră — Attraction in Aghireșu

I am currently on my way back as I'm typing this review and I am so annoyed for wasting 2 hours back and forth for this. There's also nowhere to go to the toilet so if you're not going to take my advice into account, at least please note this.

There's nothing to see there apart from a regular looking lake with normal looking water. Find a park you can visit with a lake if you really want to see a lake. The road to there is horrible, so for the sake of not putting your car through all this, AVOID! The photos online are edited, the water is a dark green colour almost black and there is NO blue lagoon.

I have asked 2 locals including the security man at the site where there's some work being carried out as well as a local who was fishing at the lake (so called blue lagoon). They told us that that's all there is and nothing else so I'm not sure why they are advertising this as a blue lagoon when in fact it is just a lake in the middle of nowhere.

The place is an old abandoned quarry that is taken back by nature. There are many remains of what was once there but it's wonderful to observe that even though the place was once heavily industrialised it belongs to Nature, and She is taking back what is rightfully Hers. The water has a delightful color, there are people bathing in it, and there were some fishermen too, but I would presume several years of recovery is needed before the fish can be eaten. It is a rather short walk around the lake. Reaching it by car can be done by either from Aghiresu Fabrici (Egeres Gyártelep) or going through Corneşti (Türe). The first route is easier and more direct, the second longer and goes through a dirt road, but it comes out again on an old industrial road, that has abandoned for years and has an eerie feeling when...

Очень красивая природа, это место прекрасно для пикника семьей и уединения. Однако…Купаться в озере было не приятно, вода воняет и никакая она не голубая, скорее зеленая. Люди которые отдыхали с нами рядом при нас оставили пивные бутылки и крышки прямо на пляже, мне за вас очень стыдно! Я убрала ваш мусор, ваши окурки и сдала ваши бутылки в сортировку мусора… надеюсь, вы это прочитаете (девушка и трое парней на ситроене) и в следующий раз уберете сами за собой, даже мой сын которому 7 лет уже убирает мусор и сортирует его, хоть мы и приехали из другой страны, нам нравится природа Румынии и мы бережно относимся к ней! Дорога очень плохая, примерно 30 минут пути чрезвычайно плохо, новички за рулем и те у кого низкая машина - не рекомендую эту поездку!!! А место классное, если вы не рассчитываете купаться.
