Lacul Herculane — Attraction in Băile Herculane

Ok, the place is beautiful is an artificial lake on the Cerna river and so on. Everybody knows this. The dark side is made by the tourists who leave trash behind. They simply don't care. Besides, locals get their trash in black bags. The Cerna's shore hosts along its side a lot of waste. Authority as long as people should understand and so something. Please! Another dark side is made by the electricity power company, who use the lake as a power supply. Bad impact on...

Beautiful place, but couldn't find any sign to guide me to actually get to the lake. Still don't know how to reach the water...
