After having been to about 15 Adventure Parks with Tree Climbing Activities, I can say that this has been the absolute worst experience.

  1. They sell too much equipment / passes at the Tree Climing Experience at once. We paid 44 Eur for 3 hours for one adult, one child - of which we spent 1 hr 43min waiting ! Too many passes sold at once..AND: because unfit or screaming kids are not removed, but left there on the platforms for 5-15 minutes. It happened 4 times, before finally someone of the staff intervened and "rescued" them. Oh and... it started with waiting for 1 hour (!) to get the equipment.
  2. Limit the access per hour!!! It's an absolute rip off right now and exhausting for kids and parents alike. In other parks it is handled like that and an easy solution to make it a smooth, fun and safer experience for everyone.
  3. Even the difficult parcours were too crowded to the point of it becoming a little risky (I witnessed unfit young boys pushed to hurry more due their unfitting fitness level).
  4. Our son us 6 years old and 125cm tall - he was not granted access to the 130cm routes. I do not judge it, despite it being sad because others parcs have more flexibility if a parent is climbing with the child. However, this did not affect our rating, as it's of course the specific rules of this establishment, that have to be respected. I just recommend that parents with small kids are aware that there are not a lot of parcours to chose from. The routes for up to 130cm were kind of repeating and became boring for our son after a short while. But again, most time no physical activity but waiting and more waiting.
  5. It's a park in nature, but sadly there was plenty of trash everywhere.
  6. I asked if my son would get a little more time as he couldn't finish one course due to all the waiting and long lines - nope. The value of the customers experience seems not to be a priority.
  7. The one good thing was the easy online access to the tickets. No need to wait in a queue. But especially due to the digital network it is absolutely not understandable why there are sold too many tickets for an...

To sum up, they stole my phone from the locker-room. I left my belongings in a locker. I went to check up on my phone a couple times, so I know for sure it was in the locker. After 3 hours (that's how long a ticket for the tree-tracks lasts) my phone wasn't there anymore. My money was gone as well. Check this out, cause this is the tricky part. When you get a locker, you also get to set up a 4 digit password. My password worked just fine the two times that I checked on my phone, but it didn't work the third time! I went to the staff from the equipment zone (it's next to the lockers) and said that my locker password doesn't work anymore. Everyone, literally Everyone, in the staff offered to reset my password, meaning that they all knew how to reset the lockers!!! A guy in the staff reset my password and that's when I noticed my phone and money weren't in my bag anymore. I asked for their manager. Their manager (a lady) and the chief of security came there and I told them what happened and how abnormal it is for all the staff to have acces to any of the lockers. They said that this is their policy. Also, they took me to their surveillance room, only to find out that there is no camera pointing towards the locker-room area, so it was impossible to identify who went for my stuff. All they could say is that they were sorry and that they can't help me. The best part is that one of the guys from equipment told me for sure that it wasn't any of his colleagues to steal my stuff and also mentioned that "no one would dare still an iPhone, since they are traceable". Nice, huh? :) I won't bore you with how the story goes on, but I'm just telling you to better not leave your belongings in the locker room, since the Police in Romania isn't very keen on helping you find...

Edit: Don't worry, after all the "positive reviews" about all the extra money you need to pay. The park listened and made sure to increase the park entrance from 20 to 25 and the playground from 40 to 45. Endless greed.

I used to enjoy this place, but it recently but as time went on, it became more and more of a disgusting money-grab.

Parking - a fee Entrance - a fee Come with small children and take food/drinks for them? Confiscated. At 38 degrees+ weather. Playground - a fee Food/Drinks - prices not much different from airports Climbing trees - Prepare your wallet Any other activity - Speak to your financial advisor if you can afford it

In the meantime, people keep paying because otherwise the kids will cry.

I get that the facilities cannot be free or otherwise everybody would come and fill up the park, but at least offer the entrance to the park for free if you already pay for the activities. And people with children should be allowed food and drink without being pushed for additional cost. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a legal requirement... This leaves a sour taste.

To summarise... Be prepared to pay for everything and not be allowed to take basic necessities. Next: A tax for using specific lanes or breathing the air produced exclusively by the trees in the park.

Fun fact: A yearly subscription to Disneyland Paris is cheaper than a yearly subscription to this place... With a subscription to the playground, you would even pay double. 😂 Surely not the same...

Really enjoyable 2 days here. Booked a treehouse for the night which includes the 2 day entrance also. You end up spending a lot of money though. Everything there is then a further cost on top of admission other than the zoo (can see all the animals in 5mins!) My main issue - costs 40 Lei per child to go in the playground (on top of admission price). This should be 10-20 lei. The playground is nothing special. So spent 160 Lei for my 2 kids to spend 1-2hrs in the playground on both days. What is good is the rope course. Different sections catered for different heights. Our daughter was 120cm & had plenty of choices. The higher rope sections tend to be 140cm+ though, some 130cm+. Restaurant options are ok - got food trucks and a couple of dine in restaurants. Again - pricey for Bucharest - eg 50lei for a small salmon fillet. Really recommend the treehouses. We stayed in the hedgehog (sleeps 3) and snail (sleeps 2). Really cool treehouses. Snail was good as it had rope bridge to a terrace/hammock area. I gave this 5* because we were on holiday and we all enjoyed ourselves. If I lived local I wouldn’t come often though due to the large expense each time. Especially the playground.

The place is full on any weekend day or during holidays, so you will have to get there early in the morning to be able to do the most. You pay the entry fee and then you need to pay separately for each activity you choose from high ropes, paintball, airsoft, horse riding, painting, mini golf, escalade, mini-golf and many more. Prices vary from 20 lei (approx 5 eur for 30 min/ one experience) to 70 lei (approx 15 eur for 3h). The most expensive experience is horse riding, which is 150 lei ( 30 eur for 45 min). There is a long waiting time for all activities and is best if you go with a group as you can take turns on who is queuing to pay for each activity. If you are want to eat/ drink you also have to wait in a long queue. You can only get 0.5 l bottle in the park and no food is allowed (you will not be able to find that many options, mostly burgers, sweets and some snacks). Your bag will be checked upon entry to the park and the staff is very rigid and a little rude. Parking is free for the first hour then you will pay per hour. I would avoid this place during high season, public holidays and weekends.
