The ski resort offers fantastic slopes, with three main runs: a blue, a red, and a black. The blue slope merges with the red at a certain point, while the black slope, though less maintained, remains popular among skiers. We were fortunate to experience amazing weather, with snowfall upon our arrival that continued for several days.

The chairlift provides access to the top of the slopes, with a cost of 40 RON for two adults and one child per ride. For equipment rental, we found that the facility located lower on the mountain offers better quality gear compared to the one near the main road, despite identical pricing. To secure the best equipment, it's advisable to arrive early, around 9:30–10:00 AM; later arrivals may find only older equipment available. The rental cost for skis and boots for two adults and one child is 150 RON.

Ski lessons can be a bit challenging if you don't speak Romanian, as not all instructors are proficient in English. The cost is 100 RON per person per hour, which seems a bit expensive compared to places like Bormio, Italy. Once you've grasped the basics, instructors will accompany you on the slope for a fee of 50 RON per descent per person. In our case, being Romanian speakers, communication was smooth, and we were pleased to progress to independently navigating the blue and red slopes.

Overall, I was truly impressed with the ski resort and highly...

no ski passes, they use paper tickets which they recollect and throw away making tax evasion possible they do not give receipts for food bought next to the ski slope - they will "excuse" themselves asking you to climb to the restaurant with a hand written paper in order to get one... as if such a thing would make their activity legal.. :-)) the chairlift's sitting sponge holds water - quite an experience on rainy days :))) it takes 2-3 minutes to descend the slope, and between 15 and 60 minutes to wait in line for the chairlift no organization whatsoever, no person to stop entering sleds on the slope, lack of employees, slowness...
