Sunny Beach Bascov — Attraction in Calafat

Nice spot on the Danube river, beautiful nature, sandy beach, good for swimming or just sun bathing. There are a few huts for accommodation for those who want to stay overnight, there are a few bars for fresh drinks and during the high summer season parties in the weekend evenings. The only thing that I utterly dislike is the amount of garbage you can find on the beach: even though there are garbage bins all around, people keep trashing the place by leaving their empty bottles etc on the beach.
