Parc Dendrologic — Attraction in Carei

I recently visited the dendrological park in Carei and it left a great impression on me. The park has a variety of plants from around the world which would delight any nature enthusiast. Even better, admission is free!

The park also houses the beautiful Karoly Castle, which is a great addition to a relaxing afternoon walk. It's a perfect spot to take a relaxed walk with family or friends due to its peaceful environment and beautiful scenery.

It's an excellent place for a refreshing walk, enjoy the nature, all green. It's a good place for children since there is a playground inside. You can admire several types of trees and plants, there is also a greenhouse with exotic species. It has 2 toilets on both ends which are for free. There are tennis courts, a hippodrome and of course the castel museum. It is a pleasant place to spend half a day. Close by you can find restaurants and terraces. In the winter it has also a skating rink and on the small hills children are riding sleigh. Lovely green spot...

A kastély nagyon tetszetős a szobák berendezése visszaviszi az embert a múltba, rálátva ezzel a kor mindennapjaira. A magyar weboldalak zöme még ingyenesnek írja a látogatást, de ez kb. már egy éve megváltozott. Jó tudni, nem lehet kártyával, euróval, forinttal fizetni, csak is kizárólag lejt fogadnak el. A bejárattól kb. kettőszáz méterre található egy pénzváltó, ahol szintén csak készpénzt fogadnak el a váltópénzként, de korrekt árfolyamot alkalmaznak. Fotózni vaku nélkül mindent szabad, jók a fényviszonyok, ezért komolyabb technikai felszerelés nélkül is szép képek készülhetnek. Nagyon tetszett a magyar nyelvű ismertető. A kastély parkja szépen gondozott, sok érdekességet rejt, de táblákról megtudható az adott növény neve, természetesen magyarul is. A kellemes levegőn sétálva észre sem veszi az ember az idő múlását.
