Boeme Beach — Attraction in Constanta Metropolitan Area

This beach has all the makings of greatness, but for the stupid commercialization of an otherwise public place. Instead of being able to just visit, you'll have to rent a beach chair because they're ubiquitous.

Never have I witnessed more inflated unreasonable prices and general lack of customer care as on the Romanian 'Riviera.' Any charm this place may have held is simply lost on dirty beaches and trashy streets, replete with children begging for money and inappropriately loud and obnoxious music.

Prices clearly marked are just a suggestion: pulled up to a fruit stand where the prices were overinflated and the salesperson a bona fide crook. No wonder even Romanians opt for Bulgarian or...

Not crowded, no overbearing music just a big beach, plenty of space, good, crashing waves, a gentle sandy incline out but get deep enough to swim pretty quickly, fresh, clean water. Great beach with clear sand, clean barhroom with all you need, also a shower for removing the sand, and the bar has great food and drinks!
