The Volcano house is a community project and you can feel the love and dedication of the people who created and maintain this trail and the house. The volunteers are extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, entertaining and determined to inspire you. She passionately walked us 70 millions years ago. She was well prepared, sensitive, professionally done everything and was willing to answer to our questions and share more about the importance of the Volcano house for the community. Her passion for volcanos is certainly contagious, and the entire tour is very well organised, getting us a totally new outlook on the region.

It is great for families with kids as you put yourself into a geologist shoes and dig for minerals and prehistoric fossils. We enjoyed our visit there, it was a great experience. There's no entrance for disabled people and you need to walk for 10 minutes or so on a hill, the route is not difficult, any child with small or no support can do it.
