Traditional accomodation in a Idyllic countryside with a great host!

Wow, not even sure where to begin in talking about the experience at Casa Pelinica. Prior to our arrival Ioan was very attentive and ensured we had everything in preparation for our trip and if we needed anything during our trip he was more than helpful in assisting us. So, we had plenty of time in advance to book our activities. Also, a big thank you to mama Tica, who cooked everyday and she is an incredible chef, cooking up some fantastic meals. Definitely you need to try her dishes, they are so authentic.

What really makes the difference is the little things, palinca from the day we arrived, amazing gogosi (the best I've ever had), brilliant communication before and during the holiday.

Casa Pelinica is in the best location. Situated at the top of the hill, it’s private and with a fantastic view over the mountains, but still only 30 min away from Bran, and ski slopes Cheile Gradistei.

Great host! Got in contact prior to our visit to ensure we were adequately prepared and that he was providing to our needs. Met us close to the venue and escorted us - helping with bags. Arranged for food to be served to the table, daily. There was a fee for this, but the food was fantastic and more than enough. Really it was delicious, and very authentic. Friendly and inviting, helpful and thoughtful.

Great location! Set in the hills of Fundata with fantastic views. There’s a very short walk to the accommodation from the parking area, but they help you carry everything. Location is very close to Bran and shops/pharmacies are very close by.

Great accommodation! If you’re looking for a real authentic feel, this is the place for you. I particularly liked the warmth each night from the wood fire burner. The bedding is also very comfy. There are two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

We spend here one week and I could not imagine a better place to be for a super relaxing holiday. The location is amazing, but moreover the people you meet there are genuine kindness. At the end of a hard working day mama Tica still finds the time and patience to spread her wisdom and bake the best donuts ever. The house is super cozy, the food is amazing and you have the chance to explore the surroundings of Fundata, with lots of marked trails. I really hope I'll find the time to return soon.
