The zip line experience is amazing and highly recommended. 1.1km long and one can reach up to 100 km/h. The prices are 50 RON for the normal (chair position) zip line and 70 RON to fly 'Superman' style, meaning on your belly. The view is gorgeous and the less than a minute fly is the most peaceful trip ever. It really makes you appreciate every moment, every breath of air... everything in its' entire beauty. The waiting in line, like sheep, because they don't have enough equipment, and/or because they lack tickets with numbers above 100, brought me some serious sunburns and I almost renounced the whole plan, even though I'd been waiting for a long time to get there. You will notice that there are 2 zip lines, but one cannot be used, as it is the initial 'Tiroliana La Palma' which now rests there in degradation, because the owner of the current business decided to sew the initial owner out of jealousy, instead of viewing the business opportunity, starting a partnership, cutting the wait time in half and doubling if not tripling the number of clients (and profits...
Read moreWhere are all the excellent reviews coming from? Let me start with the trip to the location. Traffic jam for one hour, not because of an accident, just because of wrong road planning. Not the fault of the location though. Finding the location was okay, finding a parking close not, buying a parking ticket not possible, because the machine was broken, the app for buying a parking ticket needed my full address, not GDPR compliant. Let's start with the park. Orientation was not possible, no maps, no signs besides one. The park was dirty, house ruins in the middle of the park, garbage everywhere, a huge pile of carpets and building materials next to a takeaway. After finding the place where you can buy tickets, you wait until you can buy it, after 1 hour waiting we gave up. Because of the following: The price is 55 Euro for two people. You have to wait for the equipment an hour longer. When you get the equipment you walk half an hour to go to the cable car, where you have to pay again. Will not...
Read moreWe were a large group looking forward to an exciting day at Mega Tiroliana Bucovina, but the experience was unfortunately disappointing.
There was no clear signage or guidance on where to rent the equipment, and the process felt chaotic from the start. Despite the high price, guests are expected to carry heavy gear for nearly 1000 meters—only to discover that the chairlift to reach the starting point is not included and must be paid separately. Once at the top, there was no staff presence to offer direction, no marked trail to the launch area, and no safety briefing.
To make matters worse, the staff we did encounter lacked basic customer service skills, and we were greeted by cigarette smoke rather than professionalism. For such a premium experience, the lack of organisation and hospitality was unacceptable.
Honestly, it’s not worth the hassle. The zip line at Palma or the one near Brașov offer far better value, clearer logistics, and a more...
