Plaja Neptun - Olimp — Attraction in Mangalia

4 stars instead of 5 for the lack of amenities like showers and toilets, but that's to be expected from a Romanian beach (you have to pay RON 2 for taking a piss at a nearby bar). Other than that, no complaints, really: sparkling clean water (you can actually see the seabed, a rare thing around), no seaweed, great for kids (water deepens gradually).
