We went during the week, so it was rather empty, no wait line, the staff was really nice and we had a good time. The food is ok. It's a big place so maybe each "desk" could have some water (to sell to the customers) would have been great. We went through the adventure park (tree climbing?). It was fun.
There is a lot of space for kids to play with slides, swings etc. The restaurant is nice and the food is good. You can have a nice walk through the forest if you're not feeling the need to try anything.
The decore is military style and I really think they did a good job with this; they have a lot of military trucks and other vehicles throughout the park.
Comparison vs Edenland: (I'm 1.8m)
PRO: the safety line is not in your space. It's close to you, you're safe, but you don't get to rub your body on it because it's too close to you. In Edenland it was always where my under arm is, and there was always a stress that if I would slip I would get a bruise.
The tyrolean(?) routes were easy, medium and a bit above medium, but not hard (eg. black route in Edenland).
To improve: in Edenland they have a carabine called zaza (I think) and this you basically cannot remove from the zip line. You need to pass it on to the next through a special mechanism. This is an extra safety precaution and besides the fact that it sometimes gets annoying, you know that even if you're an idiot you cannot fall. In Arsenal Parc You have 2 carabins and you need to be more careful. Also in Edenland they have a simple carabine in your equipment to hold the tyrolean mechanism and the other carabins (when you're on the ground) and I think it's a nice little touch and gives you more freedom in movement.
All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Although this place sounded like an excellent idea, especially as I like military vehicles and artillery, I must say that I was mostly disappointed by this place. You must buy a card at the entrance, charge it and use it later to buy any activity. Later, if you manage to find someone at the place where you can actually do the activity, you will have to present the check from the first cashier. It's an unnecessary complication and a waste of time and money, especially if you have no more credit.
Furthermore, the place looks mostly deserted. If you walk more than 5 minutes in any direction, you'll end up with dirty pavements, collapsed trees on the road, dirty and vandalized exhibits, and also old and desolated buildings with broken windows. It looks more like a post-apocalyptic setup than an adventure park.
The activities are also pretty lame, or at least the ones that we tried. The minigolf courses are mostly dirty, making them repetitive and annoying. The bikes that you rent are not very well maintained and, as said before, you don't feel too comfortable on them due to lack of park maintenance. The bow shooting is nice if you manage to find someone to give you the bow, but you have to pay 40lei for 11 arrows... Speaking of which, the prices are extremely high, regardless of the chosen activity.
Last but not least, there was the food. Although not very expensive as the activities, it was mediocre at best, both in terms of taste and quality.
Overall, considering the price that we had to pay, it ended up being an experience that we will clearly not repeat, let alone recommend to anyone. There's a lot of work to be done if they want to put it back on track. At the moment, it's a clear no-no.

A jewel in alternative tourism
It was our first time organizing an event in Arsenal Park for 110 participants, The location and atmosphere is welcoming and reflect the theme of the park, can be combined with the activities offered by the hosts and the ones planned from home.
On the upside was the thematic location out in the woods in a quiet area, lots of exposed aircraft, tanks and weapons, activities provided accordingly with the park’s theme, food (even too much), good communication with the staff by mail and on the spot, and in general the support from the staff. On the downside (partially due to weather and pandemic restrictions was access to some facilities and the price (suitable for companies, double check when with school groups).
Over all was a good experience, I recommend adding the place to your bucket list. In case you are a fan of military trainings and environment it is a must see place.

Arsenal Park is the largest thematic park in Romania featuring numerous tanks, machine guns, aircraft, and other military equipment found on a former Romanian military base. Most of the equipment is in fact either produced by the USSR or Germany, but there are few things that are produced in Romania as well. The park itself was very nice and since there is quite a lot of shade, it did not bother us that we went during a hot day. There is an Aquapark here as well (which we did not visit) as well as zip-lines, a skate park, biking paths, and in the winter an ice rink for skating. The zip lines were quite fun for the younger kids as well. I would recommend this park to all my friends if there are interested in military stuff or zip lining. Take lots of water with you!

Mucegai negru in zona ridica din piscina mare, spatiu destinat copiilor.
Ce i-ar ajuta ar fi sa puna mai multe semne pentru a clarifica cum ajungi din punctul a in punctul b in interior, fiind destul de intortocheat.

We spent two days at Arsenal Park and wished we had time to spend more. There was so much to do and fun for the whole family. The elevator was broken in the water tower so we couldn't do those activities but we still had plenty to do with the water park, ropes course, skatepark, exploring, carriage ride, etc.
