Wonderful Visit! It is a beautiful winery, located in a beautiful region. The history of the revitalization of the winery is interesting, and the wines are by far some of my favorites from Romania. Mr. Bauer the winemaker does a meticulous job of caring for his grapes and truly understands the vine. We especially enjoyed the red Novac which goes really well with a ‘Coq au Vin’. I highly recommend...
