Tărâmul Lavandei — Attraction in Targu Mures Metropolitan Area

What an amazing place! It’s about 1 hour and 28 mins drive from Sighișoara. You will see signs on where to locate the farm when you’re nearby and plenty of parking spots. On the weekdays, you can drive up closer (roughly 6 parking spots). It is 15 Lei per person and In return you will get a small lavender bouquet. I was so relaxed after seeing the lavender fields and the scent was calming. You must get the lavender honey (20 lei). The chocolate is good but too sweet for my taste (4 lei). Other goodies are Lavender oil, bath salts, pouches, etc. Soft drinks and coffee also available...

We visited this place in the middle of summer when the lavender was in the best period for blooming. There is a quite huge parking lot, the lavender field is crowded and it is quite hard to take pictures in the lavender field without people in the background. You will have to walk around 200 meters uphill from the parking lot to the lavender field. You have to purchase an entrance ticket (a lavender bouquet) for 10 ron, thats basically the ticket. Un loc superb cu o priveliște perfectă pentru poze. Taxa de intrare este 15 lei/persoană și veți primi un buchețel de lavandă. Se pot achiziționa de la ei diferite produse: sirop de lavandă, săculeți cu lavandă, sare de baie, uleiuri esențiale dar și diferite dulciuri.

Tips: Timpul perfect pentru o vizită aici ar fi dimineața devreme ori seara la apusul soarelui (deoarece în mijlocul zilei este foarte foarte cald). Dacă sunteți alergici la înțepăturile de albine/insecte, ar fi bine să vedeți lavanda doar în poze 😆. Puteți sta liniștiti în privința facilităților, există locuri cu mâncare/băuturi răcoritoare, spațiu de joacă pentru copii, toaletă dar și corturi unde vă puteți așeza la umbră pe baloții de paie. Să vă luați încălțări cu talpă joasă deoarece e un pic de urcat pe jos până la câmp, intrarea cu mașina fiind permisă doar...
