Foarte frumos monument. Este pozitionat corespunzator , exista vizibilitate din toate directiile , spatiu suficient pentru a admira toate felele/ fatadele monumentului si sculpturile realizate foarte ingrijit. Exista loc suficient pentru ceremonii de depunere de coroane de flori, Merita oricand o plimbare / ascensiune pe aceasta colina pentru a admira nu numai monumentul, cat si panorama spre port si Dunare... cat te tine privirea. Pentru cei cu vederea mai slaba exista si un binoclu ajutator. Monumentul este iluminat , ceea ce-i ofera o eleganta deoasebita seara , in special pentru cei ce se plimba pe faleza , intre Gara Fluviala si Hotel Delta. Aprecieri administratiei locale si muzeului de istorie din apropiere pentru faptul ca intretin acest obiectiv istoric , dar si important punct turistic, Glorie eterna eroilor !!
