Cascada Vărșag — Attraction in Vărșag

The interesting thing about this waterfall is that its water comes from 7 springs. Some of them can be seen with the naked eye upon climbing on top of the waterfall. The climb is pretty straightforward, it is uphill, there is no going around it. The descent is a little trickier as one can slip on the wet rocks. The two-level waterfall is beautiful, but the air surrounding it is even better, especially on a hot, stuffy-aired day. There is a hut where they serve the famous Hungarian funnel cake, but also their famous Harghita beer.
