In July 2023 my friend and I passed the "Stana Stefanu" on the "Transalpina" route. We took a rest at this place and ate the tradtional Romanian dish "Bulz" and we liked it a lot! It was the perfect boost before starting the offroad passage "Drumul Strategika" with our motorcycles. Two weekes later, when we came back from Bulgaria, we came along the "Transalpina" route again and made a break at the "Stana Stefanu" a second time. And guess what, we ordered again some of the tasty Bulz. We were curious of making some Bulz at home in Switzerland, so we asked how they're done.
