Памятник советского конструктивизма. Жилой дом выполнен в виде подковы, если смотреть сверху. Впрочем, если обойти кругом, то форма тоже хорошо читается (особенно треугольные балконы - гвоздики на подкове). Правда здание в ужасном состоянии, кругом разбитый асфальт, грязь.
