В Серебряном Бору не была лет 30, тем приятнее впечатления от новой встречи. Прекрасный апрельский денек, солнце уже вовсю припекает, а в Сербору удивительные контрасты: распускающиеся почки на деревьях и нерастаявший снег под молодой сосенкой; женщина в летнем платье, загорающий молодой человек в плавках и компания в теплых куртках и головных уборах... Красота! Подготовительные работы к скоро открывающемуся пляжному сезону в полном разгаре - несмотря на воскресный день на пляжах, причалах и рядом вовсю идут ремонтно- восстановительные работы. Пахнет краской и свежей древесиной. Детям раздолье - гоняют на велосипедах и другом "транспорте", качаются на качелях, забираются на горки и вышагивают по гимнастическим бревнам пока родители лениво наблюдают за ними, нежась на скамейках в лучах ещё не слишком жаркого солнышка. Москва-река в Серебряном Бору полностью очистилась ото льда, плавают утки и редкие ещё катерки. Парочки и подкрепляющиеся домашней снедью компании облюбовали беседки. Что важно - доехать до Серебряного Бора можно достаточно комфортно. Эектробус 21 довозит прямо до парка "Ветеран" и практически до пляжа. На 59-ом можно доехать от метро "Сокол" до входа в Серебряный Бор. Есть и другие маршруты, причем ожидать очередной машины пришлось не больше пяти минут. И ложка дёгтя напоследок: высоченные заборы, ограждающие дома и строения на территории парка, безусловно, сильно портят...
