Park 50th Anniversary of October — Attraction in Prospekt Vernadskogo District

Wonderful place by the government. Well maintained (physical structure, path, garden, trees, grass and flowers and buildings). Free of cost co-working spaces (computers, internet, office tables and chairs) where about 20 people can sit & work in one room (and they have two of such), free yoga classes by authentic Indian teachers, free chess training and play facilities and at minimal fee facilities like rides on electronic vehicles for kids, jumping and sliding balloons etc. They have everything for everyone being it family, romantic couples, working people, child, students, mature people or senior citizens. And it is also maintained very well as per session. But there are two reasons I am not giving 5 stars: One is lack toilets 🚽 🚻 (they are there but for such big park, they are not enough in number. And further more few of they are kept close by maintaining staff so they have to do less job of cleaning). Second is, the staff (security, cleaning etc) have very unpleasant attitude. They behave like this park is THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY. And it is there mercy that let the public enter and use few...

There are more than 2,000 objects on the territory, covering the interests of citizens of different ages. The park has noisy and secluded corners, shady alleys and open lawns, cool banks of water bodies and even its own observation deck, from where you can enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding nature.

Modern outdoor exercise equipment, basketball fields, tennis tables, a skate park, a climbing wall and children's playgrounds are installed in different parts of the park. People come to the park to relax and breathe fresh air, go in for sports, have fun, take part in competitions and various events. Here everyone finds something to their liking, and - at any time...

Парк разросся не только деревьями, но и прекрасными площадками и прочими полезными постройками для детей и взрослых. Есть хороший бесплатный каток (если идти от метро Проспект Вернадского, держаться правой стороны после ладошке, идти минут 10-15) с раздевалками, маленьким более чем скромным кафе, прокатом коньков и инвентаря. Для детей брали металлическую опору для обучения катанию, прокат 150 р. В раздевалке есть металлические шкафчики для одежды, можно оставить в них и так сумки-одежду, но если захотите закрыть шкафчик, то прокат ключика будет стоить 100 р. По субботам-воскресеньям есть б/пл мастер-класс на льду для всех желающих взрослых и детей, более-менее умеющих кататься на коньках. Девочки-тренеры показывают несложные упражнения, все повторяют, очень симпатично. Можно попросить отработать какой-то элемент, контакт с тренером есть. Народу получается человек 10, толкотни нет. На катке отгораживается флажками часть под занятия. Есть и платные занятия для детей до 8 лет отдельно, старше 8 лет отдельно. 1 занятие 700 р. Рядом с катком есть площадка со скамейками-качелями. На главном пятачке парка с ладошками летом и зимой работает палатка с горячим кофе. Рядом с большим комплексом с детскими площадками есть домик с 2 игровыми комнатами, манежиками, туалетом. В дождь или какую другую непогоду можно зайти, погреться, поиграть. Открыто в дневное время...
