I took trail 00 to Lagoa Ameliá it is not hard at all, last 30min a bit of a climb but not as hard. Last 5min down especially when it is raining really slippery. The atmosphere is mystical I loved it. The trail 00 is well marked as well. I decided to take trail 01 (Camino to refugino) back. Just on top before you go down to the lago is the trail to the right. I tell you definitely not easy. It was super rainy and the trail goes up and down. Down like 180°.. It was like a slide. Also it is not on any map which I normally use for hiking (maps.me or alltrails). The trail is still marked but only after every 15-20min. At the end it got tricky as they were different ways and not marked. But follow the feelings to get back to the botanical garden was fine. It took me about 2.5h back but as said with some wrong turns and keeping alll the trees as safety as it was super slippery. Be ready for that. I am not sure if I would do it on the way there as the ascends would...
