We visited on a tour from a cruise ship. You sit in pairs in an open gondola which holds 8 plus a guide. The tour takes you up through the layers of the rainforest canopy, where the guide points out all the various trees and the occasional bird. We saw hummingbirds but you do really have to look out for them as they are tiny and move quickly. Most of the wildlife was scared away by the noise from parties of zipliners and hikers who were also using the park that day.

At the top you turn round and descend by a different route with spectacular views over the island (photos are difficult unless you sit in the front row or on the left side of row 3)

After the tram, we had the option of a 20 minute walk through the forest. Don't go if you have difficulty walking as the ground is very uneven and there are lots of rustic steps. Here we saw termites in a tree, natural incense growing, wild nutmeg, many tropical flowers and then the huge stripy caterpillar of the frangipani sphinx moth.

An enjoyable experience and thank goodness it...

I always knew I wanted to go to Rainforest Adventures when I researched things to do in St Lucia, but I was blown away by how incredible the experience really was, special thanks to Melissa and Ranijh!

We did the ultimate 3 (sky tram, walk and ziplines) and each of them were fantastic. We booked in advance and included a transfer from our hotel.

The tram ride lets you experience a rainforest in such a unique way, immersing yourself from ground level up to the canopy. The scenery was beautiful but it was Melissa’s knowledge and infectious joy that really made it beyond special. Melissa’s knowledge of the plants and animals in the rainforest was impeccable, she could answer any question and always brought a smile to our faces. The ‘hike’ was the walk through the rainforest between zip lines, which was easy but beautiful and the 8 ziplines were great fun although would love some even higher/faster ziplines. Ranijh and Melissa took great care to ensure everyone was safe and made this an unforgettable...

Our trip to rainforest adventure in st Lucia was one of the best experience I had in a wile. Usually the kids do indoor zip lining and this was the first time they did it outdoor in a rainforest. We got there early after being drop by our driver, we check in at the gate and got directed to two associate Junny & Aaron. They strap us with safety gear, they went over the safety rule and direct us to a tryout line area. Because we pay For the tram ride, we were taken up the sorcerer mountain where we could have an Amaizing view.during our trip up the top, our two guide were very professional, funny and knowledgeable. We then went to the different zip line station where the fun was outstanding. After the ride back down the hill, you can purchase your pictures taken early in their gift shop( I find them a little pricy. It’s will be wise to Bring your own camera. I definitely recommend that place for family...

At around 2000 feet above sea level, the community of Chassin lies at the base of La Sorcière Mountain, which is home to Rainforest Adventures, Saint Lucia’s premiere eco-adventure park. From Castries and the island’s major hotels on the northwest coast, Rainforest Adventures is just half an hour’s drive up winding scenic roads, which offer a glimpse into island rural life. Rainforest Adventures eco-park is on the Castries Waterworks Reserve, first declared a national forest in 1916 and more recently gifted to Queen Elizabeth in November 2016 as part of the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy. For the past 12 years, Saint Lucia, Rainforest Adventures offers a unique combination of thrilling and relaxing tours and has become the Caribbean’s leading name in ziplining, aerial tram, hiking and other eco-tours. @rainforestadventuresslu. #stlucia🇱🇨 #stlucia #rainforestzipline #stluciaisparadise #stlucian #couplesadventure #explorestlucia #welivetoexplore #couplestraveling #zipliningadventures
