Don't follow google maps. The google map location is wrong. We did and ended up in some little village. What you need to do is go to Saoluafata town along main east coast Rd, and look for the "sauniatu waterfall 6km" sign. I have attached a picture of the sign. Near the piula cave pool. Then drive straight down that Rd for 6km till you cross a bridge and arrive at a Mormon elementary school. There is a guard box, and ask the guard that you want to go to the waterfall and he will direct you. Park near the rubbish bin and walk down the path to the waterfall. There is no charge, but you need to respect thr Mormon Church rules when you visit. Very nice waterfall and very clear water. Nobody around as quite difficult to access.

Gorgeous falls with deep pool for swimming. There is a sign along the main road pointing you in the right direction- drive to the end of the road past the Mormon church. Park in the small lot by the trash bin. There’s a short trail that leads to a tall staircase down, then it’s a rock hop from there to the water. Please respect the church- must wear a t-shirt per the rules sign. My kids loved playing here.

Beautiful Waterfall! There are a few steps down to the Waterfall and swimming area so would be difficult for older people and/or less mobile people. When you get down the stairs it's fairly uneven and difficult to walk however well worth it. Pack your mozzie repellent as they were huge and hungry 🤣
