It's free not like other waterfalls where you have to pay just to look. Close to town but might be difficult to see the small new sign on the main road. Unfortunately there is alot of rubbish being thrown down the mountain. I hung up a recycled tyre sign to try & encourage people to keep place clean but someone stole that.

Right on the road, there's no reason to not stop by and take a look. It's a big, impressive waterfall in the middle of the jungle. The two pools at the bottom of the falls look inviting but are difficult to visit, you'll need to talk to various locals about how to find the trail down and expect a not so well cut path.

It was closed for no apparent reason when we got there. Nonetheless, we went through to have a look. The waterfall itself is nice, but it's really far away and there's no way to get closer. It's a 2 minute pit stop on the parking, take a photo and move on. A bit disappointing to be honest.

A great attraction! Brand new accessible lookout. It was a cloudy day - we were warned it might be tricky to see the falls but we got lucky with a break in the rain. A great place to stop off if you’re crossing to the otherwise side of Upolu, and only a short drive. If you have a couple of hours to spare but are staying in Apia, suggest driving to Papapapaitai, then stopping off at the arts centre, look at the Bahai’i temple and visit the Robbie Louis Stevenson museum on the way back to town. Grab a taxi in town to take you - doesn’t cost too much more to ask...

Right off Cross Island Road, so a super quick stop if you're passing through! Free parking and entry. The parking area is unfortunately is really poorly maintained with tons of pot holes. If you come during rainy or foggy weather though there could be a chance where you can't see the falls, but on a clear day it's quite gorgeous and...
