I visited this branch today (May 17 at 10:00 a.m.) because I’ve always believed in its commitment to customer care. Unfortunately, my experience with cashier #15 was extremely disappointing. Her behavior was rude and discriminatory.

While her colleague was helping bag my items, she abruptly said, “The plastic bags are there,” in an unprofessional tone. She repeated this multiple times. When I reminded her that it's their responsibility to pack the items, she told her colleague to stop helping and said I should pack everything myself. She then continued serving other customers while I was left to handle my own items.

In the end, I packed my own purchase and left to escalate the issue to the manager even though this did not solve the problem 🙃

The cashier appeared to be casually chatting with her coworkers the entire time. If she was upset, she should not have been placed in a front-facing role representing your brand.
