Lake Park Namar Dam — Attraction in Namar Municipality

This is a very good place incase if 2-3families or more are planning to hang out together. The trip would be great provided you need to do the following:

Arrange for barbeque - someone should own the responsibility to marinate chicken and take barbeque set with other essentials. With recent regulations, not sure if barbeque is allowed in open places.

Carrying kid stuff like cycle, cricket kit, throw ball etc for kids to have fun.

Ladies can form a group and plan some good fun activities to rejuvenate.

If you want sometime off, people can stroll there is good enough place to walk around.

Gents I need not comment, if you make 4-5 gents sit together they will come up with some topic or the other and while time 😉

Worthy a try, get your bags packed and have your car ready and plan for this trip!!

If you want to take a mini van, that would be a great idea as well. Close to 12-14 people can sit and have their things loaded in the back seat. Up and down will cost...

very nice place... there are 2 views... if u go to top of the hill, you can see feom where the water is coming and historical carvings of the hill ,but we must go from 3 to 6 in the evening or else you cant see anything over there if it is dark. If you go down you can find beautiful view of a lake and the dam. many people can have closer view of dam and lake full of ducks and fishes but only family is allowed down. You can do fishing, barbeque etc... at night after isha they open baloon sliding for kids 2 sr for each kid. car parking available, toilets and masjid also available. you can't find any food stall over there but some vendore sell black tea. No swings no play area for kids but they can do cycling. overall nice place and going before winter and late summer...
