Read moreHospitality wise the experience was terrible, people on shift that day refused to guide us and had no respect towards how to treat visitors and guide them tbrough the whole process but rather they refused to clearly cater to our needs when asked for information, and the closing timing was at about 2 a.m but they had to force us out at around 12, further adding to the trauma rides weren't how we expected it to be the person in charge of the controls dragged the length of the ride which made us sick and dizzy at the end everything is quite pricey as well they even took fees from younger children which is not applicable in most amusement parks, on the good side the zoo was worth it and we enjoyed that bit of our trip but there must be major changes needed to be made in terms of hospitality and overall management and disclose proper information regarding the timings...
