Ancien palais de Justice — Attraction in Dakar

I absolutely love this place it's amazing all the potential that can be used for the place for the future. The building has been used for 2016 and 2018 biennale (la cité dans le jour bleu and l'heure rouge). The Place always has very beautiful and interesting installations from artists coming from different countries. This year I have seen some of their room installation that have been kept from the previous biennale. I think it should be used more often than every two years and can be use for a reading place or for gathering for eating like an open place which can be shared with many people with security. I just hope the authorities...

Au Sénégal, l’ancien tribunal du Cap Manuel a longtemps été laissé à l’abandon. Il a été inauguré le 26 décembre 1958 par le Haut commissaire général de la République en Afrique occidentale française, Pierre Messmer.
