As the inscription outside the church says, this church was built to commemorate the more than 4,000 Jews who lost their lives in concentration camps during World War II. These people were part of Subotica, they lived here and participated in the creation of the city of Subotica. This church is their existence. The church is located in the city center, and its appearance is very beautiful and exquisite. Pay 250 dinars and enter the church. You will see bright light, extremely symmetrical structure, beautiful glass decoration, and solemn atmosphere. You will admire the craftsmanship of the craftsmen and perhaps gain...

Extraordinary building. Beauty and harmony. Simple needs to be visited while in Subotica. Unfortunately, the security person there represents everything in contrary. Rude, unprofessional, without any manners and politnes, playing a local sheriff and attacking us just because we accidently went in a part of the building that is restricted but in his head. There was no signs, chains except one board with a sign: wet floor that he obviously can't read. Please, put clear signs what is allowed and not!!!

The Sinagoge is a beaoutiful experience you can get. It is built in 'secessionic' style. It has 3000 seats in it. For the Jews who were coming to the holy mass before the second world war. After it only 300+ Jews left alive. The Sinagoge was restored by the Hungarian and the Serbian government in 2018. It looks beaoutiful from the outside but it's way more nicer from the inside. You can even go inside with a tourist guide who will tell you amazing storyes about it. Hope this helped! Have a nice day!
