A beautiful beautiful area with a lovely little church and a tribute to Srbija's railway heritage.

It is a shame that this area does not have significant funding to transform it into the tourist attraction it should be. I highly recommend making the short journey from Zlatar to Bela Vida.

There are excellently preserved locomotive and trains here to see. The church is also located nearby built into the mountain side and over looks a stream.

Water from well, to the stream, is rumoured to have healing properties (I tried it and I wasn't healed).

Nonetheless...

Wody te można stosować do leczenia różnych chorób żołądka, i wrzodów dwunastnicy. White Waters or the source of St. John the Baptist concerns the source of spring water in the area of Mokra Gora. At the source is a newly built church dedicated to Saint. John the Baptist, on the foundations of the former church built by the local inhabitants as a sign of gratitude. Legend tells the story of Dubrovnik, a seller who, thankfully for the fact that his barren wife gave birth to his twins, led to building a church of thanksgiving. Perhaps then the place became a place of pilgrimages, the tradition of which continues to this day. On the basis of physico-chemical analysis, it was established that waters from this source belong to the group of very rare waters in the world. It is a water with a high alkaline content, pH 11.75 and low mineralization. These waters can be used for the treatment of various stomach diseases and...
